1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
4 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
4 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each)
4 c. mixed baby greens

- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- Combine the vinegar, orange juice, basil, mustard, 1/4 teaspoon of the salt, and 1/8 teaspoon of the pepper in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in 3 tablespoons of the oil and set aside.
